World’s Best Boot Camp is a 6 week intensive, health and fitness kick-start to your wellness journey. All are welcome and encouraged to enlist. Boot camps are not just workouts for women or exercise for young people. Our boot camp troops are diverse, including: men, women, teenagers and senior citizens! Every person comes to World’s Best Boot Camp with different strengths and abilities. Our job is to help you strengthen those abilities and discover and achieve new ones. You will learn a lot about yourself in these 6 short weeks; qualities that will carry you through to your goals.
So, bring us your dad bod, your baby weight, your freshman fifteen, your big bones, your failed resolutions…bring us your I’m-too-old-for-that attitude and your I’ve-tried-everything outlook, and let us guide you to the right track. Give us 6 weeks and we will show you your strength, persistence and ability.

With that said, the World’s Best Boot Camp workout can be modified for all different levels of abilities. As you move through the fitness training, you will gain strength and stamina, and will achieve new levels of physical and mental victories. Each class offers a full body workout with carefully chosen workout plans and movements so no part of your body gets left behind. At WBBC Summit, we are after whole-body health and strength.

The boot camp workout is different every class…that’s what makes it fun! We take aerobic exercise and weight training and marry them into the best workout you will ever experience. Feel your body come to life by working out the muscles you have been neglecting. Classes run sixty minutes and we use those minutes to the fullest; maximizing our fitness training and your efforts.
The workouts are fun and go fast because of the variety incorporated into each WOD (Workout of the Day). Each class is carefully constructed to address every muscle group…giving you a full body workout. You will gain both physical and mental strength after conquering each WOD.
Fitness and nutrition
Fitness and nutrition go hand in hand. At World’s Best Boot Camp, we address the importance of nutrition just as much as the fitness program. Learn core nutritional values and let us help you track how you are fueling your body. We want your successes to not only be in your gym workout, but also at your dinner table. We talk to you about your individualized goals and assist you in taking the steps necessary to reach them. You are never alone on your journey and WBBC gives you the perfect setting to thrive. after boot camp
Just because boot camp eventually ends, does not mean your journey to health should end. World’s Best Boot Camp Summit is meant to jumpstart your efforts and lead you into the next phase of wellness. There are many options once you graduate from boot camp. You can always enlist for another round. We have many boot campers who choose to do two or even three rounds because it is so fun. You also have the option to transition into one of our group fitness classes at Declaration CrossFit. Finally, there is always the option to book some sessions with our highly skilled personal trainers if you are looking for some one-on-one direction.
